Ca Marche

I went to Ca Marche after work with my friend. Ca Marche is a bar in Kamiooka. It is about 5 minutes from Kamiooka Station. The bar is a single building and it has 2 floors. There are 6 counter seats and 3 table seats on the first floor. There are 4 table seats on the second floor. We sat at the table on the second floor. Then there was nobody at the second floor. We could overlook the first floor from the second floor, so I was excited.

First, we ordered drinks. Mine was a cocktail of pear and white wine. It was so delicious!

Then we ate "cheeses of the world." There are five kinds of cheese on the plate. It goes well with the cocktails we ordered.

After that, we ordered a dish of fried prawns in garlic oil. I have had this dish before. We say "Ahijyo" in Japanese. I like this.

Finally, we orderd a dessert, "French toast." There was honey on the plate. The French toast was very soft and hot. It was very delicious.

There was bread with all the dishes we ordered, so I became full. But all the dishes made us happy!! We had a good time.

Ittanmonme vol.2

This is my second post about Ittanmonme. I went to Ittanmonme as a customers with my friend. It is large pub with 20 counter seats and 16 table seats. I and my friend sat at the counter where we ordered dinner.

First, we ate "broiled tuna steak." This dish is my recommended dish. There is grated ginger on the tuna, and I felt the fragrance of garlic a little. The tuna's surfaces were slightly warm, because the tuna was broiled only on the surface. I thought this dish's appearance was beautiful because yellow and pink flowers are displayed as a garnish.

The next, dish we ate was "cream gratin of crab." It rained on that day and it was cold, so we ordered a hot dish. It came out very hot, so we let it cool for about five minutes before eating it. It was still slightly hot, but it was very delicious. There were crabs and macaronis in the gratin. I think this dish is popular among women and children.

Finally, we ate dessert. I orderd "catalana" which is a Spanish name. It is a sweet of the Spanish Catalonia district. Catalana is like cream brulee. When I explain this dish, I say "It is like pudding ice cream." It is not big, but I think that it is just the right size. I have never eaten anything so delicious as catalana. This is my recommended dessert!

Dining Cafe Typhoon

I went to the dining cafe "Typhoon" with my friend. This cafe is like a bar, and it is on the second floor of a building. The building is about 7 minutes from Kamiooka Station. It is not so far, but it is a little difficult to find, because the building is small and narrow.

Typhoon is small. There are six counter seats and three table seats. We went there at about 1:00 am. There were about 10 people, and there was one barman.

We were not hungry, so we ordered one drink, one dish and one dessert. The dish we ordered was three kinds of cheese and baguettes. The cheeses are Mozzarella cheese, Camembert cheese and Gorgonzola cheese in turn from the left. There is honey under the Mozzarella cheese. The smell of the Gorgonzola cheese is strange, so I don't like Gorgonzola cheese.

After the cheese, we ate dessert. It was called "Bread fried with ice cream and chocolate." There were some berries and strawberries. The bread was very soft. I think the arrangement looked very delicious, and the taste was very delicious, too.

I want to go again!

CLEVER CAFE

I went to CLEVER CAFE this week after I finished work. This cafe is like a dining bar. It is in Kaminagaya, which is my hometown, so I have gone to this cafe a few times. There are five counters, one sofa and three tables. It is not a large cafe, but it's stylish. I went there about at 1:00 am, but there were some guests, so I thought this cafe is popular with people who live in Kaminagaya.

When I went there, I was not hungry. I only ordered one drink (peach tea soda) and two desserts, ;a vanilla ice cream and pannacotta with coffee flavor.

The top is the photograph of the vanilla ice cream, and a bottom is a photograph of the pannacotta.

There was fresh cream on the vanilla ice cream. Fresh cream is not too sweet and tastes really good, so I ate it happily. The pannacotta is white, but I could taste the coffee flavor, so I was surprised. These were so delicious.

I have been there only at night, so I want to go at in the day time and I want to eat lunch there!!

La Porto

I went to "La Porto" with my friends in September. I thought La Porto was an Italian or French food pub, but it was a Japanese food pub and the cook is from Chile. I was surprised. This pub is small and stylish. It is near the pub "Ittanmonme" which I introduced last time. (It is about 1 minute on foot from Ittanmonme.)

I will introduce the things I ate. First, I ordered "Color (irodori) canape with cream cheese." This dish is eggs of flying fish (tobicco), caviar and cream cheese on crackers. It goes well with sake.

I ordered sake that is called "Honmaru of 14 generations." But it was sold out on that day, so the barman recommended another sake. It is called "Bizen omachi of 14 generations."

And I also ate "plum crystal cliff (umesuishou) with cream cheese." Umesuishou is tossed cartilage of shark with a plum. I ordered it because I like umesuishou and cream cheese. There is not much quantity, but it is my recommended dish!

I want to go there again.
